CONTRACT
The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with FLORIDA OWNER RENTALS. Whose registered office is Churchill House, Hagley Street, Halesowen, West Midlands B63 3AX.
THE BOOKING
Your contract becomes effective once you have paid the appropriate deposit and non-refundable Insurance (If required). Upon receipt of deposit a confirmation/invoice will be sent to you confirming the booking details. The balance of payment must be received by Florida Owner Rentals at least 10 Weeks prior to the date of departure. In the case of bookings made less than 10 weeks before the date of departure full payment must be made at the time of booking. If payment is not received within this time scale Florida Owner Rentals reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply charges as set out below in paragraph 4.

PRICE GUARANTEE
CHARTER FLIGHTS - The price of your flight is that shown on your confirmation/invoice and is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges. Scheduled fares will only be guaranteed once the full payment has been received.  The only exception would be government imposed surcharges, taxes or fuel surcharges

CANCELLATION BY YOU
Should you wish to cancel your flight after the booking has been accepted the person who signed the booking form must give written notification to Florida Owner Rentals. The date of cancellation will be the date Florida Owner Rentals receives this written notice. In the event of cancellation insurance premiums paid will not be refunded and the following charges will be payable by you:

ALTERATIONS BY YOU
If once the booking has been accepted by Florida Owner Rentals you wish to make any alterations to the booking details e.g. change of name, departure date etc. We will do all we can to assist you although we do not accept any obligation to make the change, all changes must be made 42 days prior to departure. Any amendment or cancellation will incur a charge, as these vary with each individual Airline & Tour Operator please contact us to check the relevant charges.

CANCELLATION BY FLORIDA OWNER RENTALS
We try to avoid making any changes to your flight arrangements. However changes may be necessary as flights are planned many months in advance. All Flight times are for guidance only and may change. The confirmed flight times will be shown on your tickets which you will receive approximately two weeks prior to departure.
Occasionally we may have to make major changes to your flights e.g. change of UK departure airport or a flight time change of more than 12 Hours etc. In this instance you may be due compensation from the Airline or Tour Operator that we have made your booking with and we will advise you at the time if you will receive any compensation.
Compensation arrangements do not apply to, and we reserve the right to cancel your flights in the event of, changes caused by reason of war, Threat of War, Riots, Civil Strife, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Natural/Nuclear Disasters, Fire, Technical problems with Transport, Airport Closures, Adverse Weather conditions and similar events beyond our control.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will try to honour Special Requests notified to us prior to departure but no guarantee can be given. If we are unable to honour any special request no compensation will be given.

INFANTS
Under current regulations, infants under 2 years of age on the date of return travel can travel on an adult's lap. Only one infant per adult qualifies for the infant price and no meal will be provided.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM
Any complaint must be notified in writing to FLORIDA OWNER RENTALS with in 28 days of the date of the return of your flight. We will take up the complaint with the relevant Airline or Tour Operator and try to settle the matter as soon as possible.
