We are in our fifteenth year as a tour operator specialising in Florida villas and apartments. We provide a personal service, tailoring your holiday to your requirements. Almost all of our properties are sourced through private owners. We do not manage or sell Florida property.

About the villas
All of the villas and apartments featured are well equipped, comfortably furnished and air-conditioned. Although they are self catering, they come with linen, towels, cutlery and even hairdryers and irons are usually supplied.

The rooms are Florida style, well planned, airy and spacious. They have colour TV's mostly with cable service and some have video players DVD's and stereo systems.  Telephones are installed with free local calls (some with unlimited national and international calls) so you can pass the number back to your family and friends and keep in touch. Most master bedrooms have walk in closets and en suite bathrooms with showers. A second family bathroom is standard in most properties. Fully fitted kitchens usually include dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, waste disposal, coffee machine and other appliances. As well as our own representative local professional management companies look after the properties so you always have a point of contact.
